- IB/ IGCSE Standard International Curriculum from Play School (Age 2) to Grade 12.
- Developed by a 50-member team led by three Course Directors.
- Every lesson plan is personally reviewed and approved by Lina Ashar.
- Curriculum currently available up to Grade 9, expanding to Grades 10-12 next year.
- Board Agnostic Curriculum up to Grade 5, adaptable to all boards.
- Two tracks available from Grade 6 onwards: CBSE and IGCSE (British - Cambridge Curriculum).

Our disciplined approach to growth and operations

- Minimal Capex Investment: Apart from the Hyderabad Micro School, we avoid significant capital expenditure.

- Proportional Allocation of Development Funds: We utilize a Canadian LMS for curriculum hosting until we reach 10K learners, eliminating the need for building our own tech platform prematurely.

- Tech-Driven and Lean Operations: From HR Ops and hiring to marketing and sales, our processes are tech-driven, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in manpower utilization.

- Prudent Spending: We prioritize human development over extravagant expenses. Our core team, many of whom have been with Ms. Lina Ashar for over five years, hold ESOPs to foster a sense of ownership.

- Strong Focus on Business Performance and Cash Flow: Monthly financial reports are meticulously reviewed by board members, ensuring robust financial health and accountability.
